Director, Human Resources
Marenika Wisdom is the Director of Human Resources at McCourt Global, where her primary focus is on establishing partnerships throughout the HR function to provide strategic, value-added services to both management and employees, aligning with the business objectives of both MG and Amplica Labs. She joined the company in 2022 and is based out of the New York City office.
Prior to joining McCourt Global, Marenika worked at Oracle as an HR Business Partner, gaining valuable expertise in professional development, employee relations, compensation, and strategic planning.
Marenika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and was a student-athlete in Track & Field and Cross Country at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
