Director, Global HR Operations
Libby Callahan is the Director of Global HR Operations at McCourt Global. She is responsible for managing the benefit and compensation programs across the McCourt Enterprise, as well as HR systems, budgets, and vendor relationships. Libby joined the company in 2022 and is based out of Boston, MA.
Prior to her work at McCourt Global, Libby was the Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits for the Brattle Group, an economic consulting company in Boston. Previously, she spent the majority of her career at the Boston-based advertising agency, Hill Holliday, overseeing their Benefits and Compensation programs.
Libby earned a B.S. in Management from Providence College.
