Director of Operations, Project Liberty
Kila Englebrook is the Head of Operations for Project Liberty at McCourt Global. She joined the company in 2019 and is based out of Nashville, TN.
Kila is an operational leader whose work spans social innovation, technology, democracy, and civic engagement. Prior to her work at McCourt Global, Kila was the CEO of Social Enterprise Alliance (SEA), a national network of businesses focused on balancing social impact with financial results. Before joining SEA, Kila spent eight years with Ashoka, the world’s leading organization focused on supporting systems-change entrepreneurs.
Kila earned a B.A. in African Studies with a triple concentration in Anthropology, History and Political Science from Boston University.
