David Berg is the Chief Financial Officer at McCourt. He joined the team in 2024 and leads finance across McCourt Global, its operating subsidiaries, and the McCourt family itself, with additional responsibility for evaluating investments, executing transactions, and sourcing and deploying capital. David also serves as President of EPI Plage SAS, the family’s hotel operator in the South of France.
Prior to joining McCourt, David was the CFO of Rainfall Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund, where he managed finance, operations, investor relations, and capital raising. Before that, David was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley advising financial institutions on M&A and capital markets transactions and worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he was CFO of Global Marketing.
David has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Emory University.
