Courtney Kennedy is a Recruiting Lead at McCourt Global, focusing on identifying and attracting top-tier talent to MG and its portfolio companies. She joined Amplica Labs in 2022 and moved to support McCourt Global in 2023. She is based in Los Angeles, CA.
Prior to her work at McCourt Global, Courtney worked with IBM in their consulting practice, where she gained experience recruiting for engineering, sales, and consulting roles.
Courtney earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2017.
