Senior Director, Operations & IT
Andy Ho is the Senior Director of Operations and IT at McCourt, based out of New York. He joined the team in 2024 and is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all operational activities of McCourt Global.
Previously, Andy served as the Senior Vice President, Head of Technology and Office Services at Global Strategy Group, a full-service research, public affairs, and communications agency. While there, he also served as an executive sponsor for their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programming.
Prior to Global Strategy Group, Andy was the Senior Director of Information Technology at Teach For All, an international NGO focused on expanding educational opportunity around the world. As their inaugural head of IT, he assisted with their transition from being an incubated startup within Teach For America to a global organization with staff across 16 countries. Before that, he was the Director of Business Projects at Crestron Electronics, Inc. where he led enterprise IT projects that supported this global electronic manufacturer’s growth from 600 to 1,200 employees. Andy started his career as an IT consultant working primarily within the healthcare industry, first at American Management Systems, Inc. and then later at Deloitte Consulting LLP.
Andy is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
