Serge Demerjian

Director of Development, McCourt Partners Real Estate

Serge Demerjian is the Director of Development for McCourt Partners Real Estate, where he oversees the management of the firm’s development projects across the entire portfolio.  In addition, Serge plays an essential role in assessing potential acquisitions, determining development strategies, and providing an opinion of cost and schedule for all acquisitions nationwide.  Serge brings over 25 years of project execution experience and has a been a key participant in real estate transactions involving over $5 billion of investment.  
Prior to joining MPRE, Serge was a Senior Vice President of Development at Silverstein Properties where he managed the design, planning, coordination, and construction of over 10 million square feet of commercial office, transportation, residential and retail space across numerous projects including the redevelopment of the World Trade Center in New York, NY.  Serge also worked as a Senior Technical Architect for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Hardy Holzman Pfieffer where he had the opportunity to work on numerous high-profile projects, including, Time Warner Center, John Jay College, World Trade Center,  Columbia University Manhattanville Expansion and East River Masterplans, The New Lester B. Pearson International Airport, and Radio City Music Hall Renewal.

Serge holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree in from New Jersey Institute of Technology University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.  He is NCARB Certified and is a Registered Architect in the State of New Jersey.
