Natalie Matsler

General Counsel, McCourt Partners Real Estate


Natalie Matsler is the General Counsel of McCourt Partners Real Estate. Natalie provides legal expertise and guidance on a broad range of real estate and other matters, and operates as a key strategic partner in building and propelling MPRE’s real estate endeavors worldwide.      

Prior to MPRE, Natalie was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Lineage Logistics.  At Lineage, Natalie was instrumental in the M&A and real estate acquisition and development activity that took Lineage from a 60-facility U.S. company to the largest temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics company in the world with over 350 facilities in 15 countries.  Natalie had primary responsibility for legal matters in the North America and Asia Pacific regions, and built an all-star team of legal professionals to support Lineage’s growth, innovation and day to day operations.    Among other highlights, Natalie and her team closed over 50 acquisitions during a two-year period of intense growth at Lineage, ranging in size from $10M to over $1B.    Prior to Lineage, Natalie was the lead attorney for all legal matters related to U.S. Bank’s portfolio of commercial REO properties, spanning a wide variety of asset types, including residential, multifamily, office, retail, industrial and various types of undeveloped or partially developed land.   Natalie began her legal career at Latham & Watkins where she spent four years as an Associate in their Orange County and Los Angeles offices.

Natalie holds a B.A in History from the University of California at Los Angeles and a J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law.
