Drew McCourt Named President of MG PropertiesMcCourt Global today announced that Drew McCourt has been named President of MG Properties. Based in New York City, MG Properties is the real estate investment and development arm of McCourt Global.
Drew, who is a principal of McCourt Global, will lead day-to-day real estate activity at the firm, including the identification and assessment of new investment opportunities, the deployment of capital, and the ultimate development of properties. He will also play a key role in establishing and growing important partnership and joint venture opportunities for the firm. Previously, Drew helped drive business development activity for McCourt Global and helped guide the firm's philanthropic strategy.

Prior to McCourt Global, Drew held numerous positions within the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. Before the sale of the team in 2012, he served as vice president of business development for the organization. Additionally, Drew was actively involved in both the extensive renovations to Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles and creation of the Dodgers' new Spring Training facility at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, Arizona.
Drew is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and sits on the Board of ThinkCure!, an innovative not-for-profit focused on raising funds in support of collaborative cancer research. Drew earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Columbia University.
